Patriot Month Celebration at Oasis of Grace Christian Academy. A tribute to our identity, history and culture.
During this month of September, the Christian Academy Oasis of Grace, located in the Guadalupe Cruz neighborhood of the municipality of Jinotepe, dressed in blue and white to celebrate with pride and fervor the patriotic holidays, through a series of educational, artistic and cultural activities that exalt the love for our Nicaragua. Among the main activities carried out are:
Patriotic Gallery: Images of Our History
An emotional exhibition organized with the participation of students from 1st to 6th grade of Regular Primary Education, who through murals, photographs and artistic creations, represented the most important moments of our national history and each work was an expression of respect and admiration for the heroes and symbols who forged our identity as a free and sovereign nation.
Exhibition of murals: There is homeland, there is peace
An activity dedicated to promoting the values of peace, unity and civic engagement and through colorful murals, students reflected on the true meaning of living in a free homeland, where harmony, justice, and respect for the rights of all reign.
Nicaraguan Huipil Day
A beautiful day of cultural reassessment, where the richness of our indigenous roots was highlighted through traditional attire. Girls and boys proudly wore the Nicaraguan huipil, celebrating our country & identity, tradition and cultural diversity.
Exhibitions about patriotic and national symbols.
Educational presentations and exhibitions were held in each classroom about the symbols that represent our sovereignty: the flag, the shield, the national anthem and other emblems that form part of our civic and cultural heritage.
Each of these activities strengthened the patriotic spirit of our students, encouraging in them a love for Nicaragua and a commitment to the values that unite us as a people.
